Cancellation Policy:
To guarantee your reservation, your credit card details will be requested.
All changes and cancellations should be formally informed until 72h included before the day of arrival, in order to avoid any cancellation charges. All changes and cancellations informed less than 72h before the day of arrival we will charge 100% of total stay. In case of ‘no-show’ will be charged 100% of the total stay.

Lisbon City Tax:
The Lisbon City Council has introduced, from the 1st September of 2024, a city tax on all hotels, applicable to all guests from 13 years old, a fee of €4.00 per person/per night up to a maximum of €28.00 per person/ per stay. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check in/ check-out by the guest.
